-Everything must be sent through a form of contact, such as email and social media (Instagram, Twitter).
-Please give specific and clear details. Include at least 2 clear references as well at the time of commissioning.
-I have the right to decline commissions for various reasons.
-You may request a refund when the artwork is in the beginning/early stages (0-25%). At 60% and above completion, there will be no refunds. There will be no refunds on finished artwork as well.
-I will send pictures of the artwork in progress periodically to discuss if it is to the client's specifications and if I should continue on further with the artwork. Any revisions needed can be discussed at the sketch stage for no extra charge. Once it is approved, further revisions will come at a fee depending on what kind of details need to be revised/added and the stage the artwork is currently at (unless it's an actual sketch commission). At 60% and up completion, revision requests are not allowed.
-I will try to complete the commissioned artwork within a month/4 weeks. If it takes me longer than a month to complete, I will contact you to discuss it and if it's all right.
-The client/commissioner may only use the commissioned artwork for personal use cases. Any form of commercial use (making money with it in any way) is prohibited.
-If you wish to repost the commissioned artwork, please ask me for permission first and then give me full credit. Please do not edit out my watermarks.
-I have and maintain full ownership, rights, and credit of all my artwork. This means I have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal and commercial use cases, including but not limited to: portfolios, making merchandise such as prints and charms, speedpaints/time-lapse videos and wallpapers.
